Questions about pricing

What you pay for, and what you get.

Do I pay per call or per teammate?

Neither. Each plan is one flat monthly price that includes a set number of clients, people and API calls. Paid plans keep running past their calls at a set rate per 1,000, and the few services that bill each action, like X, are passed on at cost.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter suits a freelancer or a team of up to 3 with 10 clients. Agency suits most teams: 10 people, 50 clients and your branding on client emails. Studio adds unlimited people, white labeling, roles and an audit log.

How does this compare with per-call pricing?

Per-call tools bill for every action past a small free allowance. Here a million calls a month come with Agency's $199, and even extra calls are just $0.25 per 1,000, less than popular per-call tools charge for every call.

What counts as a new client?

A client counts in the month you add them. Reconnecting, or asking them for more services later, never counts again.

What happens if I hit my limits?

Paid plans carry on past their API calls, up to three times the allowance, with extra ones from just $0.12 per 1,000 on your next invoice, and we email you at 80% and 100% so it's never a surprise. Every connection stays in place. On Free, calls pause until the month resets or you choose a plan.

Can I cap or turn off extra calls?

Yes, it's your choice. In Billing, set the most extra calls can cost each month, or turn them off so calls stop at your allowance. You're never billed a cent more than you allow.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, for trying it: 1 client, 1,000 API calls a month and every service, no card needed. Your client and connections come with you when you choose a plan.

Do prices include tax?

Prices exclude sales tax or VAT, added at checkout where it applies.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Anytime, from Billing. Upgrades apply right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades, switching between monthly and yearly, and cancelling take effect when the period ends, and you can change your mind until then.

What does Enterprise add?

No limits, single sign-on and a year of call history. Plus an uptime SLA, security review, onboarding help and invoice billing, from $1,500 a month, billed yearly.
